
Sean A. Burstyn
Sean is a first-chair trial lawyer, who has tried 8- and 9-figure cases, including to verdict, in Miami and New York. He founded Burstyn Law to build his own trial teams from the ground up. If he takes on your case, it’s because he wants to win it.
In his twenties, Sean was an internationally licensed champion professional formula racecar driver for a team that currently competes in the IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis 500.
While an undergraduate student, Sean interned in the Washington, D.C., offices of Senator Joseph I. Lieberman, Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, and Congressman Alcee L. Hastings. Sean graduated with honors from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and he holds a juris doctor from the University of Chicago Law School.
